Minimums
When ordering, there is a minimum order size of 100 trees.

Packaging
All seedlings are bundled in quantities of 25, all transplants are bundled in 10's.

Shipping
We ship all of our products thru UPS or CCX unless otherwise arranged by the customer. There is an additional 10% for shipping and handling on all UPS and CCX orders. There is also a minimum of $15.00 shipping charge for all orders.

Pick-Up Orders
Orders can be picked up if prearranged and if a specific date is set in advance. There is an addition of 5% for packaging and handling on all pick-ups. (Will be waived on pick-up orders if paid in full prior to pick-up). If picking up, be sure to call in advance to see which farm location your order is located at.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Please be as accuratte as possible when ordering your stock so that cancellations will be minimal. We understand our customers need to change their order as spring approaches, but because we need to maintain an accurate inventory available for sales, we ask that you please make all order changes and cancellations before March 1st. We would also like to state that if order changes take place within 30 days prior of ship date we cannot guarantee on time delivery dates.

receive your deposit. Balance due 7 days prior to shipment of trees. Full payment must accompany orders of $100 or less. Returned checks will incur a $20.00 charge.

Sales Tax
Residents of Michigan are subject to a 6% sales tax unless Tax ID# is given. Out of state purchases picking up orders are subject to same conditions.

Payment Methods
To avoid delay, please include full payment with order. We only accept payment thru check or money order.

Terminology

Seedling
A plant grown from seed in our nursery for 1-2 years, depending on variety.

Transplant
A 1-2 year old seedling grown and then replanted into another bed here at the nursery to allow the plant to develop a better fibrous root system and more side branching.

Multi Stemmed Transplant
Is generally a seedling or transplant that has been replanted and top pruned at ground level to achieve multiple branching from the base.

Liners
A seedling that has been root pruned for maximum root development then transplanted out in a single row program. Most varieties are allowed to grow for 1-2 years developing a superior root and then are cut off at the ground and ran up on stakes to obtain straightness.
