Much has changed here at Engel's Nursery over the past few years. We have completed our first year of growing in our new greenhouse. While our intentions were to use the new facility for R&D purposes we have learned a lot about the art of greenhouse growing. We've produced solid numbers for cost on future crops of plug plants. It is our intention to use this facility for contract growing and for the prodution for our transplant program in the future. 

 

Seeding Oaks in Greenhouse

Our first year of growing 3 gallon containers was successful. We were extremely happy with the finished product, and were able to provide several contractors with needed native plants for there projects. We plan on continuing to do this in the future.

The big news at the nursery this year is our new office facilities. We have combined 3 offices that were scattered across the farms in to one centralized location on our farm at 6432 120th Ave. This office is located next to our main production and shippng facility and should hopefully allow us to better serve you during the busy spring time rush!
